The Speckled Trout is our South Meeting Room and has a very usable space of 969 square feet. This space adjoins the Courtyard and makes for a very accommodating banquet or meeting / banquet. It has a divider wall that joins the Dolphin Room and can open up to a larger space. This room has audio/visual capability, video projector with drop-down screen, dimming lights, and fluorescent lighting.
