  1. Public hearing on request by Gregg Farrar for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a recreational vehicle to be placed onto Lot 1 of Block 213, and to be used as a temporary dwelling for security purposes during construction of a single family dwelling.

  1. Public hearing on request initiated by the City of Aransas Pass to name an unnamed road as "Bill Haines Way" at Lighthouse Lakes Trail along the Redfish Bay Causeway 361, being approximately 2,725 feet stretch of road parallel to the causeway in Aransas Pass, Texas in Nueces County.

  1. Public hearing on request by Richard Titus and Celia Barnes for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a recreational vehicle to be placed onto Lots 26 and 27, Block 443, and to be used as a temporary dwelling for security purposes during construction of a single family dwelling.

  1. Public hearing on rezoning request by Hogan Building Co. No. 1, LLC from R-10 to PD to develop a Planned Unit Subdivision, for property located at the south east corner to Johnson Avenue and Hwy. 361, being a 7.861 acre portion of Farm Lot No. 3 and all of Lot No. 2, Land Block No. 48, Burton and Danforth Subdivision, save and except an 8,000 square foot tract out of the northeast corner of said Farm Lot 3, in Aransas Pass, Texas.
  2. Consider and Act on Ordinance granting a rezoning request located at the south east corner of Johnson Avenue and Hwy. 361, from R-10 "Single-Family Dwelling District" to PD "Planned Development District" being a land (7.861 acres) portion of Farm Lot No. 3 and all of Lot No. 2, Land Block No. 48, Burton and Danforth Subdivision, save and except an 8,000 square foot tract out of the northeast corner of said Farm Lot 3, in Aransas Pass, Texas.

Consider and Act on Resolution approving Tax Sale Property, Suit No. S-02-1271-TX, 1.06 acres, more or less out of Farm Lot 1, Land Block 211, Burton and Danforth Subdivision, San Patricio County, Texas, located on Avenue A. A bid offer was submitted by Nathaniel Mayfield in the amount of $5,000.00, which is 30.43% of the current value.

Consider and Act on Resolution approving Tax Sale Property, Suit No. S-13-1038-TX, Lot 9, Block 236, Town of Aransas Pass, San Patricio County, Texas, located on 10th Street. A bid offer was submitted by Nathaniel Mayfield in the amount of $450.00, which is 30.61% of the current value.

Consider and Act on Resolution approving offer to purchase tax sale property, Suit No. S-05-1093-TX, Lots 25 and 26, Original Townsite, City of Aransas Pass, San Patricio County, Texas, located on Rife Street. A bid offer was submitted by Nextlots Properties, LLC in the amount of $6,150.00, which is 32.54% of the current value.

Consider and Act on Resolution approving Tax Resale property, Suit No. S-10-1159-TX, Account No. 36136 and 001104250001000, Lot 1, Block 425, City of Aransas Pass, San Patricio County, located on W. Magnolia (corner). A bid offer was submitted by NextLots Properties, LLC in the amount of $10,500.00, which is 30.69% of the current value.

Consider and Act on Resolution approving Tax Resale property, Suit No. S-11-1090-TX, Account Nos. 35769 and 001102960009000, Tract No. 1: Lots 9 and 10, Block 296, City of Aransas Pass, San Patricio County, Texas, located on 7th Street. A bid offer was submitted by NextLots Properties, LLC of Lancaster, Texas in the amount of $19,100.00, which is 57.16% of the current value.

Consider and Act on Resolution approving Tax Resale property, Suit No. S-12-1046-TX, Account Nos. 35944 and 001103500027000, Lot 27, Block 350, Original Townsite, City of Aransas Pass, San Patricio County, Texas. The property is located at Matlock. A bid offer was submitted by NextLots Properties, LLC in the amount of $2,000.00, which is 31.19% of the current value.

Consider and Act on Resolution approving Tax Resale property, Suit No. S-13-1155-TX, Account Nos. 36132 and 001104240008000, Lot 8, Block 424, Original Townsite, City of Aransas Pass, San Patricio County, Texas, located at 959 Whitney. A bid offer was submitted by NextLots Properties, LLC in the amount of $15,100.00, which is 79.89% of the current value.

Section 551.071 of the Texas Open Meeting Act to meet with its Attorney to seek legal advice on a matter in which the duty of the Attorney to the City Council under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Texas Open Meetings Act relating to:

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council may elect to go into executive session at any time during the meeting in order to discuss any matters listed on the agenda, when authorized by the following provisions of the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code:
