Consider and Act on offer to purchase tax resale property, Suit No. S-13-1038-TX, Tract No. 4, Lot 11, Block 274, Town of Aransas Pass, San Patricio County, Texas, located on N. 8th Street.

Consider and Act on approving an agreement with LNV Engineers for the continuation of the Voluntary Cleanup Program for the Former LWR Property.

Consider and Act on approving an agreement with Bureau Veritas for back-up Thirty-Party Inspections

Consider and Act on the issuance of a Request for Qualifications for grant services.

Consider and Act on ratifying moratorium for the City of Aransas Pass Wastewater Treatment Plant

9.IV.

Consider and Act on Ordinance No. 2018-4206 amending Chapter 24, Section 24-65 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Aransas Pass, regarding the fee for sludge disposal; providing a repealer clause; and, providing for an effective date.

9.V.

Consider and Act on extending the Disaster Declaration Issued on by the Mayor on August 25, 2017 in response to Hurricane Harvey and extend this declaration until the January 16, 2018 Regular City Council Meeting.

FINANCE.

Finance includes the following: Utility Billing, Finance, Human Resources, and Meter Reading.
